Shipping policy

Delivery area. We deliver to mainland France.

Timescales. Orders are prepared within 2 to 3 working days, then delivered by Colissimo in 2 to 4 working days. An email with the tracking link is sent when your order ships; tracking is also available under “Track your order”.

Free delivery on orders over €80. Below that, charges depend on the parcel weight and are shown before payment:
- up to 0.75 kg: €9.10
- 0.75 to 1 kg: €9.80
- 1 to 2 kg: €11.15
- 2 to 5 kg: €16.60
- 5 to 10 kg: €23.70
- 10 to 15 kg: €28.70

In-store pickup. Free, at 75 boulevard de Sébastopol, 75002 Paris, Monday to Saturday from 10:30 am to 7 pm, as soon as you receive the email saying your order is ready.

Damaged or lost parcel. If a parcel arrives damaged, note your reservations with the carrier and email us within 48 hours at contact@sousleparasol.fr with photos. If a parcel does not arrive, contact us: we will open an investigation with the carrier and resend or refund the order.
